    I have a single burner Duxtop that I bought to test out induction. While it’s far better than my standard electric burners on the stove, it’s all controlled but buttons. Having to mash buttons to turn the heat up/down leaves much to be desired. However, this is rather minor with the dramatically improved experience of the responsiveness of that change in heat.

      The startup demos in this space are impressive. Look for them on the X feeds.

        Some models have a removable knob which acts as a control. I suppose it's magnetic and rotation driven. May be worth investigating because the touch UI is indeed pretty shit.
